Pupil and Family Support

The Pupil Welfare Team is able to offer support to you and your child/ren when they or you are experiencing a level of difficulties or concerns that are non-academic and are having or could have a significant impact on pupils or parents/carers if not supported.

The team is not set to replace a general level of pastoral support provided to you by your child’s class teacher, but to support pupils and families when personal welfare support is needed.

The welfare team can support/signpost with a range of issues such as Direct Payments, Housing Adaptions, Early Help Plans, Behaviour concerns, Transport difficulties, School Attendance issues, along with many other services.

The Pupil Welfare team will liaise with any previous setting and other professionals involved to ensure the right level of support is offered from us.

We offer support, advice, guidance, signposting and a listening ear to parents and carers of children and young people at our school.

Lots of Parents & Carers face a new challenge every day and you may wonder what the answer or solution is.

Our Pupil Welfare team is here to help and support you & your family.

Contact us to discuss your needs
