How to login to the Arbor App or Portal

Over the February half term we moved to a new Management Information System (MIS) called Arbor. Arbor will help us communicate with you more efficiently and bring together key school information in one place. (Please note: Class Dojo will continue to be used for communication between parents and class staff.)
Arbor has replaced Parent Pay so any payments for school meals and/or school trips need to be done via Arbor
Arbor has also replaced Teachers2Parents which means we will no longer be using texts as a form of communication
We will use Arbor Messages, Class Dojo, Emails & Phone Calls
Arbor Overview
Arbor offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - just click on the above link and it will take you directly to the login screen.
You will have a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password; you will be prompted to change these, and to keep them safe and secure. If you have more than one child at our school, you can merge their accounts to create one login for all your children.
Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date; no card details are stored in any part of the system. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.

Can I log in using a username?
Although we recommend users use their email addresses to log in, your school may have given you a username.
- You can use your non-email username when logging into the Parent Portal using the school-specific login page.
- You cannot log in using your non-email username (you need to use your email address) when logging into the generic login page, and the Parent App.
Why is it showing me the wrong school?
