As at the Broomfield main site students at the secondary partnership access their entitlement to the National Curriculum at a pace and in a manner which is appropriate to their individual needs.
They may be taught with their peers in the Broomfield cohort or they may join mainstream lessons.
In addition to accessing National Curriculum subjects students in Year 7 join in Resilience. This is a lesson specifically for Year 7 students; it combines Art, Music, Drama, English, History and Geography into one lesson. These lessons are designed to help pupils become more resilient, independent learners.
All students across Key Stages 3 and 4 are also offered enrichment opportunities including: Horticulture; Cycling; Art and Crafts; Music and Movement; Makeup and Design; Boxing; and Performing Arts. From Year 11 we offer day release taster sessions at college.
In mainstream lessons students follow Rodillian Academy long term plans.
